By 1998, Britpop was pretty much burning out, Pulp's "This Is Hardcore" being its hungover eulogy. But a couple of really great albums still managed to pop up here and there in the ensuing years. One of those is melancholy and string-laden "The Good Will Out" from Embrace. Sure, it's a little maudlin at times, but those songs sure are pretty.
