For the next few days, all of my posts will be coming at you from the past. That is to say, i'm at the beach or driving there, hoping it's not washed away, and wrote this last Thursday. Anyway, given what the news cycle is these days, i'm sure something exciting or abysmal happened, and this post, as well as the next few, will probably be way out of place.
