Léonie Pernet

Some days, taking a deep dive into Bandcamp turns up wonderful dividends.  Today, i came across the cinematic, electronic French pop stylings of Léonie Pernet.  Dark, synthy melodies mesh with elements of African music and occasional flourishes of neo-classical strings.  I was over halfway through the mostly French language album before even realizing it.  Check out the alt-rock tinged, album opening "Mon amour tu bois trop" below and get the "Le Cirque de Consolation" LP here from InFine.
