While i very much wish we could get some more films out of legendary artist John Carpenter, i have to also admit that this second phase of his career where he smokes weed, plays video games, and makes music with his son Cody Carpenter and his godson Daniel Davies is pretty goddamn cool. And the trio just keeps on churning it out too. Their latest is the upcoming "Lost Themes IV: Noir," a collection of tunes inspired by the sights and sounds of film noir. Listen to the fantastic and moody album opening "My Name Is Death" below and pre-order the record
here from Sacred Bones.
