It's the first day of school today for my second grader, going at it remotely from home for at least the next 9 weeks. But i'm not kidding myself to believe that anything will be any different in 9 weeks time. I'll be surprised if he's back in the classroom next semester even. This is just the way of things now. And it's hard. And it sucks. And i'm never going to forgive the idiots and monsters responsible. Here's My Morning Jacket's "Bermuda Highway" to calm my nerves. It's our Daily Jam.
