Jersey bedroom pop artist PYNKIE just released her debut full-length a couple of days ago. "Neoteny" is a sweet collection of warbled, lo-fi pop jams that recall a certain '90s aesthetic as played on tape decks and walkmans in teenage bedroom sanctuaries.
