It's insane to me that it's 2018, and we're just now finally getting the first official solo release from Jon Spencer. The man has been blasting our ears with his particular brand of scuzzy rock n' blues n' fusion for decades via Pussy Galore, Blues Explosion, and more, so i guess it was going to happen eventually.
