Texas record label Luminelle have quietly been amassing a pretty stellar roster of pop artists over the last year, many of whom will be in Austin next week playing parties and showcases for SXSW. One of those is Brooklyn electronic pop artist Jackie Mendoza. Her "LuvHz" EP is out on the label in April (pre-order
