Chris Bell's "I Am the Cosmos" is probably one of my favorite songs ever written and recorded, a heartbreaking little nugget of power pop that perfectly encapsulates all of the feelings that come and go with a breakup. And now, Santa Barbara psych pop artist Eamon Fogarty has seen fit to cover it on his latest album "Blue Values." He does a great job too, and it closes the whole thing out.
