Music (and probably beer too) are keeping me sane right now. And man, have i discovered a veritable trainload of new music lately. Glasgow shoegaze band Helicon lean on the heavier side of things, wave upon wave of noisy reverb and layers of guitar just slamming into my brain like a falling anvil.
