Gloria Jones was a soul singer and and songwriter back in the '60s and '70s who was involved with T. Rex's Marc Bolan as evidenced by her 1976 album "Vixen." Bolan co-wrote and co-produced much of the record, and that combination of soul and glam is some kind of wonderful. Check out "Sailors of the Highway" below, our Daily Jam.
