KARLA KVLT
Back in the '90s, the German hardcore punk scene produced heavy, noisy band Eisenvater. Band member Markus Lipka eventually went on to form the equally noisy band Rossburger Report, but threw in elements of space rock and psychedelia into the mix. The artist now back with new project KARLA KVLT, playing alongside his son and daughter-in-law. The new band makes a cacophonous mix of heavy proto-grunge, stoner and doom metal, noise rock, space rock, and some shoegazey alt-rock too. It crushes. Listen to "Karma" below and grab the "ThunderHunter" LP here.
