DJ Shadow Remixes King Gizzard and The Lizard Wizard

Never, ever resting, Australian psych troubadours King Gizzard and The Lizard Wizard have a new album heading our way in a couple weeks, this time around an offering of remixes.  "Butterfly 3001" features a slew of different artists like Kaitlyn Aurelia Smith, Geneva Jacuzzi, and The Flaming Lips remixing tracks from last year's "Butterfly 3000" LP.  The highlight at the moment though has to be DJ Shadow's contribution, "Black Hot Soup (My Own Reality Rewrite)."  Check it out below and pre-order here.

It's been a while since we last heard from DJ Shadow, i had all but forgotten about him, but with the impending release of new album "The Mountain Will Fall," and the collaboration with Run the Jewels on first single "Nobody Speak," he seems to be insuring i don't forget again.  "Nobody Speak" is all blaring horns, jazzy beats, and synth blips with El-P and Killer Mike just slaying the verses.  Listen below and get the record in June on Mass Appeal.
