Mapache

LA band Mapache are set to follow up last year's brilliant "Roscoe's Dream" album with the upcoming "Swinging Stars" LP this summer.  The band's perfect blend of psych rock, folk, country, and Americana is just the thing for the summertime blues.  Check out "People Please" below and pre-order the album here from Innovative Leisure.

Sam Blasucci

Sam Blasucci is one half of Americana psych folk act Mapache, and on his upcoming solo effort, "Off My Stars," he drops that sound for something a little more '70s AM gold.  Check out the smooth and grooving "Sha La La" below and pre-order the record here from Innovative Leisure.

Mapache

LA's psychedelic country folk outfit Mapache are set to release their enormous new album "Roscoe's Dream" this summer.  Roscoe is the band's 14-year old dog, and the album's opening track is about him.  Check out "I Love My Dog" below and pre-order the record here from Innovative Leisure.

Mapache

LA duo Mapache have kind of a country-fried Laurel Canyon thing going for them, dusty sunshine folk with a psychedelic sheen.  Their self-titled full-length is due next month on Spiritual Pajamas, but go ahead and listen to "Chico River" below, which kind of sounds like a more Americana version of The Everly Brothers.
