Daily Jam - Junk

I watched the McCartney documentary a few weeks ago, and it's made me go back and check out a lot of the artist's post-Beatles work.  One song i've always liked is the sweet and melancholy "Junk" from the first solo record.  Listen to it below, our Daily Jam.

Sometimes i don't think i give Paul McCartney the credit he deserves.  It's probably due to an innate and subconscious aversion to "boomer music" (the inner punk in me as it were), but the man really is a wonderful songwriter.  And why by a contrarian anyway?  So here's Sir Paul with "Little Lamb Dragonfly," our Daily Jam.

Daily Jam - Live and Let Die

So recently, some asshole has been playing Paul McCartney and Wings' "Live and Let Die" Bond theme at his little rallies and appearances, making light of the 170,000 and rising American deaths from coronavirus pretty much caused by his callousness and incompetence.  Axl Rose of all people even called him out on it, but so far, no comment from McCartney that i can see.  And that's a damn shame.  I've always loved the song, and if Sir Paul won't take it back, than i guess i will.  So here's "Live and Let Die," our Daily Jam.  Fuck Donald Trump and fuck you too if you support him.
