Man, i had forgotten all about witch house artist oOoOO, having figured the project had just faded away with the scene from 8 or 9 years ago. Glad to see that i was wrong. Out this week is a collaborative album, "Faminine Mystique" with Berlin producer/songwriter Islamiq Grrrls, which the duo describe as deliberately "difficult-to-digest." The track "Be On Through" starts normally enough, a swirl of synths around a grooving beat that eventually begins to degrade and warble into different arrays of sound. This may be a deconstructionist kind of record and i'm digging that. Listen below and get the album
