Full of Hell & Andrew Nolan

Maryland noise and grindcore metal band Full of Hell are always up for a good time, and now they've got a new collaborative album on the horizon with Toronto industrial artist Andrew Nolan.  Check out the nerve racking, teeth chattering "Burdened by Solar Mass" below and pre-order the upcoming "Scraping the Divine" LP here from Closed Casket Activities.

Full of Hell and Nothing

I've got to say that i was not expecting to see a collaboration between Maryland grindcore metal band Full of Hell and Philly heavy shoegaze band Nothing on the table today, but here we are with the upcoming "When No Birds Sang."  Our first taste is the album closing "Spend the Grace," which throws in some elements of grunge, black metal, and more into the already cacophonous mix.  Check it out below and pre-order the LP here from Closed Casket Activities.

Sightless Pit

I totally forgot we were getting a new Sightless Pit album this month.  The duo of Lee Buford (The Body) and Dylan Walker (Full of Hell) find themselves collaborating with a slew of different artists on the new "Lockstep Bloodwar."  Check out the opening track "Resin on a Knife" featuring Midwife below and get the LP here from Thrill Jockey.

Full of Hell + Primitive Man

Not content to just float around listening to '70s electronic krautrock all day, here's some pummeling new collaborative noise metal from Maryland's Full of Hell and Colorado's Primitive Man.  Check out "Rubble Home" below and pre-order the upcoming "Suffocating Hallucination" album here from Closed Casket Activities.

HEALTH & Full of Hell

HEALTH and Full of Hell are both bands that like to collaborate with other artists, so i suppose it was just a matter of time before the electro noise band and the hardcore metal noise band teamed up to collaborate together.  And what a collaboration.  The aptly named "Full of Health" pairs the best parts of both artists together for a pretty rad track.  Check it out below and pre-order the upcoming 7" here from Closed Casket.

Sightless Pit

Lee Buford of The Body, Kristin Hayter of Lingua Ignota, and Dylan Walker of Full of Hell are Sightless Pit.  The new project's sound is a bleak and moody dirge of industrial noise metal.  Check out the eerie "The Ocean of Mercy" below and get the new "Grave of a Dog" LP here from Thrill Jockey.

The Body/Full of Hell

A week or two after releasing their self-proclaimed gross pop album "No One Deserves Happiness," a surefire contender for my favorite album of the year, experimental-industrial-doom-metal duo The Body are back with another release, a collaborative record with the Maryland nihilistic metal band Full of Hell called "One Day You Will Ache Like I Ache."  Hole references aside, this newer record is just as blistering and bleak as anything the band has done to date.  Get it from Neurot Recordings and watch the video for "Fleshworks" below.
