Oneohtrix Point Never

Here's a dubby and glitchy new jam from Oneohtrix Point Never.  This guy has created an absolutely massive body of work over the last 20 years, constantly morphing and evolving, but always sounding like Oneohtrix Point Never.  Good stuff.  Listen to new tune "Dim Stars" below and download it here from Warp.

Oneohtrix Point Never

I somehow missed that we were getting a new album from Oneohtrix Point Never this year, and well, it's out today.  Always good to hear from the now long running electronic project.  Get the new "Again" LP here from Warp and listen to the excellent cinematic album closer "A Barely Lit Path" below.

Oneohtrix Point Never

We've got a new album on the horizon from synth wizard Oneohtrix Point Never.  The new, wonderfully titled "Magic Oneohtrix Point Never" drops on October 30th.  Listen to the new age pulling "Long Road Home" below and pre-order the album here from Warp.

Oneohtrix Point Never

June sees new music from Daniel Lopatin's ever-mind expanding Oneohtrix Point Never.  "Age Of" looks to continue the artist's foray into all manner of electronic sound, pushing and pulling things into strange and fascinating sonic shapes.  "Black Snow" is our first real taste of the record and skews poppier than much of Lopatin's previous output.  It's also got some interesting visuals to go along with it.  Watch the video below and snag the record in June on Warp.

Oneohtrix Point Never and Iggy Pop

Where the hell was i last August?  Somehow i missed that Oneohtrix Point Never scored a film, and that he had Iggy Pop provide vocals on a track.  Seriously, where the hell was i last August?  Anyway, better late than never to the "Good Time" OST party.  Watch the video for "The Pure and The Damned" below and get the record from Warp.

Oneohtrix Point Never - Animals

Oneohtrix Point Never's excellent "Garden of Delete" LP came out last year, but the track "Animals" just got a video starring perennial weirdo Val Kilmer.  And that's fantastic.  Watch below.

ANOHNI

ANOHNI, or the artist formerly known as Antony Hegarty, just released a crushing new song featuring production from Hudson Mohawke and Oneohtrix Point Never.  Through war drums, blaring horns, swelling symphonies, and crooning vocals, "4 Degrees" imagines the impending death of everything, as every plant and animal gradually dies off as the culmination of a climate change we're all too impotent to stop.  We are all at fault, and maybe it's too late.  Happy Wednesday everyone!  Listen below.

Oneohtrix Point Never

Daniel Lopatin and Oneohtrix Point Never really need no introduction from the likes of me, so let's just get to the music.  New album "Garden of Delete" is out now on Warp, and it finds Lopatin channeling his inner Aphex Twin.  Listen to the twisted, sprawling, and chaotic "Mutant Standard" below.

Oneohtrix Point Never and A.G. Cook

So, a new track from synthesizer-wunderkind Oneohtrix Point Never popped up today, this one featuring fellow electronic music mad scientist A.G. Cook.  "Bubs" is frenetic and all over the place, but it feels like there are some holiday undertones trying to bubble to the surface.  It's a fun two minutes.  Listen and download below.

Nine Inch Nails remixed by Oneohtrix Point Never

Nine Inch Nails get the remix treatment from Oneohtrix Point Never.  "Find My Way" comes from this year's "Hesitation Marks," and OPN's mix throws a barrage of organs, disjointed beats, and analog synth freak outs that makes the whole outing just lovely, while retaining that trademarked Reznor moodiness.  Listen below.

Oneohtrix Point Never - Problem Areas video

Oneohtrix Point Never have a new album out in September from Warp Records.  "R Plus Seven" should be another adventure of analog synthesizers and bizarre and warped samples.  I'm totally stoked, as should we all be.  Watch the video for first single "Problem Areas" below.
