Profligate

Experimental electronic artist Profligate is back with today's new album, "Somewhere Else."  An oozing and haunting mix of noise, drone, and darkwave synth, the record sounds akin to summoning neon demons in a smoky crypt somewhere in a dilapidated and crumbling city.  Listen to the title track below and grab the album here via Wharf Cat.

Profligate - Can't Stop Shaking

Before we all get fat and happy over the next 24 hours, here's a new jam from darkwave techno-industrial act Profligate.  "Can't Stop Shaking" is the propulsive A-side to his latest 12" single.  Listen below and get it now at Not Not Fun.

Profligate

Profligate is the sound of cold, mechanical fingers creeping their way up your spine, a bleak landscape of grey skies, old, flashing computer monitors, and shredded analog tape surrounding you, like one of Trent Reznor's early 90's wet dreams.  Profligate is also the new project from Noah Anthony since abandoning his Night Burger moniker.  Grab the "Videotape" 12" from Not Not Fun and listen to B-side "Conditioning Trench" below.
