Jersey band Blood Cultures are kind of hard to describe, a mix of warped pop, dreamy synths, dance rhythms, and occasional bouts of industrial noise. They're also fairly mysterious, what with the bags over their heads and all. Anyway, they've been slowly dolling out singles over the past few months, and now it looks like we're getting a new full length, "Oh Uncertainty! A Universe Despairs," coming out in September.
