A little piece of old Austin left us forever yesterday as legendary psych rock artist Roky Erickson passed away. Blazing trails with his work with The 13th Floor Elevators, The Aliens, and as a solo artist, Erickson was a unique voice. This city won't be the same without him. Rest in peace.
