The Caretaker is British composer James Leyland Kirby. He will be releasing "An Empty Bliss Beyond This World" from History Always Favours The Winners. It's an ethereal, experimental, kind of classical, kind of jazzy, kind of droney opus about Alzheimer's patients and the sounds they can recall from before the disease set in. Pretty heavy stuff.
