Olivia Tremor Control were one of my favorite bands, perfectly blending 60's-inspired sunshine psychedelic pop with weird noise collages. and they're responsible for one of my favorite albums of all time ("Black Foliage, Vol. 1"). I've been lamenting the lack of new material for years, having to suffice with Circulatory System and the other creative endeavors that the band members have done over the last decade. But, holy shit, they've gotten the band back together so to speak and are gearing up to go on tour this fall...and their first stop is in Austin. I'll be there. Shouldn't you be?
