Casino Hearts is the project of Reno, Nevada's Jacob Rubeck, a collection of fuzzed out, reverby, lo-fi jams that feel almost ethereal, like floating into space on the sounds created by cheap instruments on cheap recording equipment in a dingy garage somewhere.
