A couple of years ago during SXSW, i stumbled into Beerland to watch the chaotic, animalistic mayhem of Boston noise-rock band Guerilla Toss, and it was a loud, sweaty, and amazing mess. Recently, the band relocated to New York and have mellowed their sound a tad to take on some kind of mutant dance music. It's still noisy. There's still some primal oomph to it.
