It had been rumored that the long dormant Austin garage/psych band Harlem were possibly maybe going to release a new record, the first since 2010's "Hippies." And, it appears that is the case. Hooray! Anyway, no solid date on when to expect the "Oh Boy" LP, but we do get our first taste today, the steady and unassuming "Cry Now Cry Later."
