A couple years back, UK ambient artist Grey Frequency released an excellent album about UFOs and abduction. It was an eerie collection of sounds that the artist has now followed up with a new record of mysterious inspirations. This time around the focus is on ghosts, hauntings, and the paranormal. I just stumbled upon this one today and it's creeping into every synapse of my brain. Pairing droning synth tones with ambient field recording loops, the album is visceral and haunting, a soundtrack for unsettling occurrences.
