I saw Japanese duo Menow described as slowcore acid folk. That description certainly piqued my interest, but i don't know if i really hear that in earnest. On new single "月の約束 (Tsukinoyakusoku)," i hear more of a Japanese pop meets lo-fi bedroom indie rock thing going on. Either way, it's fucking great.
