Record Store Day is coming up in three weeks (check the list here), and one of the releases on my radar is the reissue of percussionist Hal Blaine's 1967 album "Psychedelic Percussions." Break beats for everyone. Anyway, check out "Hallucinations (April)" below, our Daily Jam.
Dave Lombardo, the amazing drummer for Slayer, Fantomas, and a bunch of other projects is set to release his first solo album in May. Solo drum album...fuck yeah. Check out our first taste, "Journey of the Host," below and pre-order the "Rites of Percussion" LP here from Ipecac.
