I had the wonderful good fortune to come by the first single from former Wu Lyf front man Ellery James Roberts. "Kerou's Lament" is a screamed hymn in a swirl of synth symphonics, blasts of horns, reverb, cymbal crashes, and wrenching, personal vocals. It's the sound of an anguished Bruce Springsteen lamenting the world that spawned him. It's glorious. High, high hopes for the Englishman's future output. Watch the video below.
