Last year, Barbadian rapper Haleek Maul released an excellent mixtape with Chicago producer Supreme Cuts. "Chrome Lips" was a groovy mix of murky production and subdued vocals. Hell, they even sample King Crimson. Maul seems to be continuing his thread of working with producers who compliment his flow perfectly, as evidenced by new jam "Lobo," featuring production by Forest Swords. It's fantastic, and i can only hope that a full album's worth of material might be on the table. In the meantime listen to "Lobo" below.
