Necro Deathmort

It's usually interesting when bands decide to shift gears, risk alienating their audience, and put out something unexpected.  UK metal band Necro Deathmort have done just that, abandoning their guitars for their latest album "The Capsule," and using icy, destitute synths instead.  And the effect is something haunting and sinister, an impending and inescapable doom.  We are in an age when heavy metal is becoming increasingly hard to define...and i like that.  Listen to "Capsule Sickness" below and grab the record here.
