One of the bands i was fortunate enough to see earlier this wee was Brooklyn duo Pons, who i have to say brought a shitload of energy to a 1PM set. The band make a mix of no wave punk and noise rock and last September's frenetic "Heavens to Peter" cassette is definitely worth a listen. Check out "Boy's Surface" below and snag the tape
