There are so, so many bands that i have to bemoan the fact that they released one astounding album and then blinked back into nothingness.  Like the now 20-years gone Austin indie band Halley who were one and done with 2002's "Forget the Leaves, Autumn Will Change Us."  Here's that album's opener, "Adventures of George and The Robbers (Records Player, Part 1)," our Daily Jam.

Daily Jam - Kites Are Slow Downers

Austin band Halley released their sole album, "Forget the Leaves, Autumn Will Change Us," way back in 2002.  I always hoped it would be the beginning of some big shoegaze-inspired scene for the city, but it was not to be.  The album's still fantastic though.  Here's album closer "Kites Are Slow Downers," our Daily Jam.
