Daily Jam - Through My Eyes

I used to discover a lot of old music through movie soundtracks, like learning about '60s UK garage and psych rock band The Creation through Wes Anderson's "Rushmore" and its use of the band's "Making Time."  That song is rad, and it turns out most of the band's output follows suit.  Here's a cut from their debut album.  Listen to "Through My Eyes" below, our Daily Jam.

The Blind Owls

I'm not sure how i've managed to never see Corpus Christi's Mod throwback The Blind Owls.  These guys capture their sound and image perfectly, like they were transported here from 1964 or something.  Listen to "Make Up Your Mind" below and the grab the upcoming "Four" 7" here via Hidden Volume.
