Myrkur, if press releases are to be believed, is a one-woman black metal act hailing from "the darkness of Scandinavia." That's pretty awesome. And the music is a haunting mix of shredding guitar licks, guttural screams, enchanting female harmonies, and enough feedback and reverb to keep the shoegaziest of shoegazers content. Consider me a fan.
