A couple of years ago, Austin psych-funk band Brownout released an album of Black Sabbath covers called "Brown Sabbath" that was entirely too much fun. Not to rest on their laurels for too terribly long, last week saw the release of the band's latest, "Fear of a Brown Planet," a collection of Public Enemy songs. And it bangs too.
