Japanese shoegaze band Stomp Talk Modstone released what is likely to be one of my favorite albums of the year, "Linger in Someone's Memory with a Lurid Glow," back in January. And i missed it, but they dropped a follow-up 7" back in February. I'm going to blame the winter storm that essentially paralyzed Texas three months ago.
