Murderbait
Back in 2019, Portland based goth rock band Murderbait released their "When the Sun Goes Down, It Goes Down Forever" EP on cassette which quickly sold out. The good folks at Sentient Ruin Laboratories have seen fit to give the two atmospheric tracks new life on vinyl. Check out the moody, gothy post punk tones of the title track below and get the record here.
Daily Jam (October Edition) - Fiend Discovered and Main Titles
You gotta dig on that European folk horror, and you gotta dig on the soundtracks that accompany said European folk horror. Let's get rustic with Marc Wilkinson's score from "Blood on Satan's Claw." Check out "Fiend Discovered and Main Titles" below, our Daily Jam.

Orange Hell
The mysterious, lo-fi pop outfit Orange Hell have been making dreampop versions of Misfits songs since 2018, and now they've decided to be nice enough to put them all in one collection. You may not think you need dreampop covers of Misfits songs in your life, but you'd be wrong. Dead wrong. The cassette sold out in like 10 seconds, but you can still download the self-titled collection here from Funeral Party. In the meanwhile, check out the cover of "Hybrid Moments" below.

Daily Jam (October Edition) - Adulteress' Punishment
I remember the fist time i saw Ruggero Deodato's "Cannibal Holocaust," that i was kind of taken aback by the almost disconnect between much of the film's awful images and composer Riz Ortolani's wistful score. It makes it all the more jarring. That being said, the track "Adulteress' Punishment" plays over a particularly gruesome scene and makes it all the more uncomfortable. Bravo? Anyway, it's nightmarish and beautiful. Check it out below, our Daily Jam.
Bitchin Bajas
The Chicago interstellar weirdos of Bitchin Bajas are back with a new album later this month that finds them paying to tribute another, perhaps the original, interstellar weirdo Sun Ra. Check out the floating, new age devotional of "Outer Spaceways Incorporated" below and order the "Switched on Ra" cassette here from Drag City. This is music to eventually be swallowed by the sun to.

Daily Jam (October Edition) - I Put a Spell on You
I really doesn't matter who's performing it, there's just always something a little menacing about "I Put a Spell on You," and it's always awesome. Here's Nina Simone with our Daily Jam.
