Dummy

LA band Dummy fuse elements of shoegaze, psychedelia, and the late '80s/early '90s sounds of Manchester to delirious effect.  On their upcoming new album "Do You Love the Color of the Sky?," the band sites artists like Seefeel, Windy and Carl, Bjork, The Sundays, and Madonna's "Ray of Light" as influences.  That's a lot of cool sounds coming together.  Check out "Full Spectrum Dominance" below and pre-order the LP here from Polyvinyl.

Dummy

Hey dummies, we've got new music from Dummy coming our way in September.  The LA band mix elements of shoegaze, psychedelia, and more to make a nice little alt-rock stew.  And it's good for you too.  Check out new tune "Nullspace" below and pre-order the upcoming "Free Energy" LP here from Trouble in Mind.

Dummy

Here's a new track from LA band Dummy on Sub Pop's singles series.  "Mono Retriever" is lovely bit of swirling, kosmische inspired, psych pop.  Check it out below and get it here.

Dummy

I'm just now getting clued on to LA band Dummy.  And i've got to say that any artist that can invoke comparisons to the likes of Stereolab, Broadcast, and Can on the same song is going to land right in my wheelhouse.  Check out the band's "Final Weapon" below and pre-order the upcoming "Mandatory Enjoyment" LP here from Trouble in Mind.
