Geckøs
Geckøs is the collaborative project of noted indie artists M. Ward, Giant Sand member Howe Gelb, and Irish multi-instrumentalist McKowski. The project was born from a chance encounter at a mutual friend's wedding that blossomed into a wonderful and cinematic mix of indie folk and Spanish music. Get the self-titled LP here from Org Music and listen to the beautiful, album opening "Wedding Waltz" below.

Daily Jam - Leonard's Lounge
I rarely come across another person that knows it, but Spy's 1999 album "Music to Mauzner By" was one of the defining albums of my college years, it's eclectic mix of genres soundtracking many an evening in my early 20's. Here's the Spanish flavored penultimate track "Leonard's Lounge" for your Sunday. Check it out, our Daily Jam.
