Nyxy Nyx
Here's some cool and quirky bedroom pop from Nyxy Nyx. "I could write a luv song" pulls from '90s alt-rock, shoegaze, and lo-fi boredom. I certainly would have listened to this as a teenager, and i'm listening to it now. Check it out below and download "Thee 3rd Album" here from Strange Mono.
King Dude
Dark gothic folk and rockabilly artist King Dude has a new album out this Friday, which sadly he has announced will also be his last. The artist said he always envisioned the project's end, and the "Death" album is it. Check out the death rock vibes of "Pray for Nuclear War" below, and pre-order the download here from the artist or the vinyl here from Van Records.

Daily Jam - Whiskeyclone, Hotel City 1997
You ever wake up and just feel kind of off? That's me this morning. And i can't tell if i'm just really, really tired, or if it's more of a sense of creeping dread. Whatever it may be, Beck's "Whiskeyclone, Hotel City 1997" feels like the right thing to listen to. It's kind of off too. Listen below, our Daily Jam.

Daily Jam - Trouble with Dreams
I have a soft spot in my heart for Eels, ever since "Novocaine for the Soul." Here's a track from their massive album "Blinking Lights and Other Revelations" for your Sunday. Listen to "Trouble with Dreams" below, our Daily Jam.

The Forces
Here's some '60s sunshine vibes from Netherlands producer The Forces. The self-titled EP feels like mutated versions of unearthed Beatles sessions that were never meant for our ears. Check out the album opening "Shine" below and download the whole thing here from Rucksack Records.
Daily Jam - An Invitation to Cry
Watching the Texas game, and our starting QB was injured in the first quarter by 'Bama. This all feels way too familiar. Anyway, here's some old garage rock from The Magicians with "An Invitation to Cry," our Daily Jam.
