In the mid '90s, it was rumored that the Talking Heads were going to reunite for a new album and tour. It only kind of happened, as David Byrne declined to participate. So instead, what we got was The Heads and the album "No Talking, Just Head," which included Chris Frantz, Tina Weymouth, and Jerry Harrison along with a slew of guest vocalists.
