Last time we checked in on French artist Forever Pavot (last year), he was making wonderfully sweet psych pop soundtrack music.  But next on the horizon is a hip-op collaboration with LA rapper and homeless advocate XP The Marxman.  Check out the duo's "Forever XP" below and pre-order the album of same name here from BMM Records.

Here's some quite wonderful throwback sounds from French artist and composer Forever Pavot.  The artist's latest album is the soundtrack for filmmaker Monia Chokri's new movie "Simple Comme Sylvain," and sounds like the beautiful kinds of film scores that record nerds like me scour the bitter earth for.  Check out "Les Amants" below and pre-order the download here from BMM Records as the vinyl is already sold out.

Forever Pavot remixed by Principles of Geometry

Forever Pavot is a French artist who dabbles in psychedelic pop, jazz, and library sounds.  Principles of Geometry is a French electronic act who were responsible for what was probably my favorite album of 2008, their sophomore album "Lazare."  Anyway, some songs from Forever Pavot's 2017 album "La Pantoufle" get the remix/rework treatment from Principles of Geometry, and the result is something i want to hear played in a European horror film.  Listen to "La secte de Surgere" below and get the "La Pantoufle est dan le Puits" EP here from Born Bad Records.
