Recorded in a parking garage in the middle of the night with a saxophone, a glockenspiel, and a couple of mics in a single improvised take, LA artist Patrick Shiroishi's upcoming third album "I Was Too Young to Hear Silence" plays like a kind of unearthly melody that you only catch in your periphery, experimental ambient jazz floating somewhere in the ether.
