I don't know about the rest of you, but lately my anxiety, my stress, and my depression have been off the charts. It's just everything. And it comes out of nowhere, usually at night after my kids have gone to bed. But right now, i'm trying to subdue it with some soothing and meditative ambient drone from Vancouver artist loscil.
